    CrystalNet is a dealer developed true Web-Based software created to help service departments grow. The principals of CrystalNet are also owners and operators of a group of profitable franchise dealers. This system was developed in a working service department to address many common service process obstacles. In fact, we developed this system initially only to fix our own issues.

    The focal point was to make the job easier for service managers and especially, our service advisors. We understand that service advisors are the key to service sales and customer communication. The intention was to free up time so that our service advisors could sell and devote more time to our customers.

    Our initial plan was to develop a solid process and subsequently automate and apply technology on top to help make the process easy, accountable and measureable. We wanted to make the product look and feel easy so that service advisors and service managers would use it.

    We recognized years ago that service retention does not all have to come from new vehicle sales. According to our franchise reports, our service retention is among the highest and still growing.
